Tim is a client-oriented clinician. He adopts a flexible approach and seeks to build solid relationships with the client towards reaching a comprehensive understanding of the client’s situation, concerns and goals

Situated in our East Melbourne clinic, Tim provides comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and treatment for children, adolescents and adults with learning difficulties, attention problems, sleep problems, OCD and depression.

Tim is a compassionate and driven clinician. He is a psychology graduate from the University of Melbourne, with post-graduate qualifications in clinical neuropsychology through La Trobe University. Additionally, Tim has a bachelor’s degree in optometry, and has previously worked as an optometrist. Tim is enrolled in the neuropsychology registrar program, and has several years training and experience in providing cognitive and educational assessments for those with learning difficulties, brain injury and neuropsychological syndromes. Moreover, Tim has experience in developing and implementing treatment plans to help clients to achieve their goals and improve quality of life.

Tim is a client-oriented clinician. He adopts a flexible approach and seeks to build solid relationships with the client towards reaching a comprehensive understanding of the client’s situation, concerns and goals. Tim derives great satisfaction from playing an active role in the client’s journey towards improved functioning and better outcomes, and is experienced in providing interventions such as psychoeducation, cognitive rehabilitation and psychotherapy. Additionally, Tim has training and expertise in delivering neuromodulation techniques, including neurofeedback and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).

Tim has a strong interest in research and has published and presented research regarding the impact of childhood cancer on cognitive and educational outcomes.
