Daphne first completed her degree in psychology at Macquarie University before continuing on to complete her Master in Counselling at the Australian College of Applied Psychology. She has taught children in a children’s group for 4 years and has worked as a group therapist for 2 years prior to joining neuroCare.
Having struggled with social anxiety when she was a child, Daphne understands the importance of social and emotional skills in helping to build long-lasting friendships and resilience in life. She has worked with individuals who struggle with anxiety and is passionate about fostering a sense of self-confidence in others. Daphne’s value in life is contentment. She believes that if contentment is our baseline, then no matter what happens in our external world, being content will not only bring about happiness but true joy!
Daphne runs a children’s social skills program called Secret Agent Society, from the neuroCare Clinic in Frenchs Forest.
