Daphne supports the clinical team at the neuroCare Clinic in Frenchs Forest and is the program faciltator for ‘Secret Agent Society,’ a social skills program for children.

Daphne completed her undergraduate in psychology and pursued a master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She has experience as a group facilitator working with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety and depression. Having lived in Singapore for most of her educational years, Daphne understands the impacts that social skills and mental wellbeing can have on academic success.

She is passionate about teaching children social skills through the ‘Secret Agent Society’ program which focuses on recognising their emotions, along with learning and applying these skills in an everyday context.

The ‘Cool Kids Program’, developed by Macquarie University, teaches children and adolescents to manage their anxiety. It focuses on examining the anxious thoughts and through the use of CBT, helps determine if a thought is helpful or unhelpful.  It also gives strategies on how to manage these thoughts on a daily basis.

We integrate leading research, digital therapeutics, physical devices, clinics, and professional education to offer the most comprehensive mental health solutions to patients, therapists and the research community.
